Our main goal when assessing your home: keeping you and your family safe
With your health and wellbeing as our top priorities, not one aspect gets left unobserved during our mold inspections. We approach each assessment the same way a doctor approaches a patient—with a clinical eye, relevant testing methods, and unconditional support.
Our assessments start with you
One of our mold experts will visit the property and perform a detailed, forensic inspection to search for any signs of visible or hidden mold and/or water damage using several mapping techniques and equipment, such as photographic journaling, a borescope, air, surface, and ERMI dust sampling, hygrometers, and infrared imaging cameras.
However, prior to that, the field supervisor will ask you how you’ve been feeling. We want to make sure that you receive all the support you need throughout your entire home (and sometimes health) recovery process—especially if you’re suffering from mold illness.
After the assessment, we’ll put together all the collected data into a comprehensive mold assessment report, containing:
- A summary with overview and brief history
- Building description
- Observations and findings
- Lab methods, results, and discussion
- Recommendations with a step-by-step protocol
- Strict guidelines that need to be followed for the follow-up process
- Photographic journal
Are you showing mold illness symptoms?
Approximately 40,000,000 people in the U.S. are affected by chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS)—a multi-symptom, multi-system illness caused by mold exposure—and don’t even know it. Please, don’t hesitate to get a mold assessment done if someone in your home is showing any of the following symptoms:
Loss of appetite
Focus/ concentration issues
